Noor is a tall sylvari of dark bark and sleek, dull foliage. Often clad in drab clothing, always paired with at least partial grown armor. Everything about their equipment hints at an extended stay in the wilderness.Their appearance matches that of Vesper - a sylvari known for hunting down the Nightmare Court across Maguuma and Steamspur Mountains. Rumor has it that Vesper seeks out Courtiers, and the ones that they find rarely get to survive the encounter.
Those affiliated with the Pact may recognize them as the independent scholar that used to aid Priory's research on primal magic in Draconis Mons. Known to wander the entire span of Maguuma Jungle. Frequents Lion's Arch and the Grove.
Despite their subdued bearing, Noor's vigilance and quiet confidence leave an impression of someone who's been through their fair share of hardship - and would not hesitate to put their past experience into practice, if the need were to arise.
Those connected to the Dream can sense that the ambience of Noor's aura is nearly imperceptible. Not gone, like that of the Soundless - just completely still. Its surface is right within reach, if one is willing to disturb it.
